Room 2 has been learning how to write a poem.
First we looked at a poem by a seven year old girl
who has written a whole book of poems.
Her name is Laura Ranger.
It inspired us to write our own poem called the PAUA.

PAUA
The patterns are a colourful swirl of rainbows.
The shape is a gigantic oval like an easter egg.
The colours shine bold and loud as a star.
The shellfish is eaten by an excited diver.
